This one day program will provide you with the training you need to become a Florida Supreme Court Certified Appellate Mediator. THERE IS NO MENTORSHIP REQUIRMENT!
This one day program is all the training that is required!
All Participants will receive a set of Written Materials including a Florida Supreme Court certified training manual; copies of the mediation statutes and rules, and a variety of other relevant mediation information, handouts and exercises

Professor Susan Dubow, Dr. Elinor Robin
Robin Bresky, Esq., Robin is an experienced and
accomplished Appellate attorney. She is on the Board of Directors of
the Palm Beach County Bar Association and has served as the Chair of
the Appellate Committee. Robin is the President-Elect of the South Palm
Beach County Bar Association and is on the Standing Committee,
Appellate Court Rules for the Florida Bar. In 2010, she was selected as
a “Florida Super Lawyer” in Appellate Law.
Hon. Gerald Mager (ret), Judge Mager was the Chief
Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeals. He brings to us his
vast and unparalled experience and superior knowledge of Appellate law
and procedures.Since his retirement, in addition to having an active
Circuit, Family and Appellate Mediation practice, he sits as judge and
General Master on many court cases.
Robin Caral Shaw, Esq., Robin is President of The
Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and Past President of the
Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators. She is
certified Family, Circuit and Appellate Mediator and a nationally
recognized speaker and trainer in all areas of mediation.
Bonnie Satterfield, Esq.,
Bonnie is an AV Rated Attorney with over 35 years experience of legal
practice. Although she has vast experience in Commercial, Intellectual
Property and Probate/Guardianship litigation, her practice now concentrates in
Appellate and Mediation, in both state and federal courts Bonnie was
honored as one of "South Florida's Top-rated Lawyers" (2013,2014) and as "Professional of the Year" 2012-2012 by Who's Who Among Executive &
