Stephen Ferrante, MSW, is the Coordinator of Florida Atlantic University’s School of Social Work Aging Academy which was created to build geriatric competence among social work scholars.  Stephen has dedicated his professional career to working in the human services field.  His spent over 21 years as an employee of Broward County, providing direct services to older adults and veterans, as well as advocacy, grant writing, program development and implementation, and training.  He is actively involved in the community and is currently Vice President of the Florida Association of Aging Service Providers, Co-Chair of the Florida Coalition for Optimal Mental Health and Aging, and a board member of the Broward County Commission on Substance Abuse. 
 
Benjamin H. Greenberg, Esq and Bonnie L. Greenberg, LCSW, Greenberg Elder Law Services, LLC, located in Delray Beach.  Ben, a recognized advocate for the elderly and the disabled, is a member of the Florida and Pennsylvania Bars.  He is Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Elder Affairs Committee.  Bonnie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, earned a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Pittsburgh.  The Greenbergs’ unique practice focuses on their concept of Life Care Planning, the creation of individualized road maps that cover current and future financial, family, and health care needs.
